Usually, the transmission frequency of wireless Bluetooth devices is 2.4Ghz. When you work in an environment with Wi-Fi conditions, and your wireless Bluetooth device is connected to the USB 3.0 port, it may not work properly due to Wi-Fi signal interference .

Solutions:
1) We recommend that you plug the wireless device receiver into USB 2.0 on our dock.

2) Turn your Wi-Fi Settings into 2.4Ghz.
